I had the great privilege to spend the summer at the Illinois Shakespeare Festival playing a fantastic set of roles in rep: Darcy in Deanna Jent’s new adaptation of Pride and Prejudice, Brutus in Quetta Carpenter’s bold, contemporary take on Caesar, and Oliver in a beautiful, soulful staging of As You Like It directed by Robert Quinlan. I couldn’t ask to be surrounded by better people this summer. Missing it as the weather gets cold! Will update with photos soon!
